6. Team administration and management (travel – including visas; uniforms, match day preparation and management, liaison with tournament organisers, media)

The group has the backing of current and former world class stars and coaches of the game all who have worked closely with the group or individually at some time.
HISTORY
The Elite 7s concept started in 2016 when a group of amateur and motivated players from the Northern Territory in Australia trained and worked with the Elite 7s team to finish a record high 4th place at the Australian National 7s Championships in Adelaide. The NT Mozzies finished 8th after pool play before coming up with the upset of the decade by defeating reigning champions NSW in the quarter final. The Mozzies went on to finish a history making high 4th - the highest placed NT Rugby side of either code in the Territories 40 year history.
