The Burra Rays are the only women’s rugby club in NSW 
The Rays currently have over 60 registered players, the largest women’s program in Australia, with players ranging from 16 – 32.

The club has developed 6 Australia A Women’s 7s reps, and currently has 3 Australian Schoolgirls among their playing ranks.
As the only women’s rugby club in NSW, the Rays have managed to setup their club, design an iconic indigenous strip acknowledging the area they represent and have gone and acquired their own sponsors, established a progressive board and provide development programs for junior girls in their area to attend free of charge.
