About Us

XV Gaulois was officially formed in 2009 on the foundations of a "Champagne" group of local league players to bring together the French Rugby community in Singapore and to engage in local friendly games and regional tournaments. It gives us the opportunity to train and play after the end of the short regular season in Singapore.

Founded by a select band of gentlemen rugby players, the team has been established on the basis that everyone is welcome regardless of age, race or religion. Although the common denominator is that most of our members are French, we welcome members from every horizon who can demonstrate a great French “joie-de-vivre” behavior and true Gaulois spirit.

We currently run one team that mainly plays friendly games in Singapore against old boy’s associations or visiting French Navy ships. Thanks to the constant influx of new comers to Singapore, we should succeed in attracting like-minded people who like to enjoy rugby competitively on the field as well as the social side of the game off the field.

XV Gaulois (Singapore) is a registered Society in Singapore.
